Christmas Day

We didn't really celebrate Christmas since we're Jewish and all, BUT, we enjoyed our day quite a bit. Mommy got to sleep in this morning after nursing me. And then daddy got to rest for a little bit. And then, mommy and I were hanging out after my nap

And at 2 we went to have dinner with Brian, Liz, Johnny, and Tessi Haney. It was really yummy (or so they say) and when we got back, daddy and I played in the front yard and I was impressed with the holiday decorations that he put together and here's a clip of that Me & Daddy & the Holiday Decorations

Splashing in the Bath

Here I am splashing in the bath... Video

Merry Christmas

I just wanted to wish everyone who celebrates Christmas a very merry one. We don't really celebrate Christmas, but my mommy didn't want my daddy to feel sad since he's not with his family this Christmas so she's making roast and potatoes for dinner. And I think she is thinking she would also give me some roast to try for the first time; can't wait...

Just a Fun Day with Mommy

Let's see: I woke up a bit late this morning since I had a hard time falling a sleep last night. And mommy was feeling a little bit sluggish this morning because she didn't get a good night sleep (not my fault this time). But, she decided we needed to get some fresh air so we went outside for a little bit before lunch. It was actually pretty nice. Not too cold and the sun was shining. So here is a video clip from our fun time outside Me Having Fun Outside with Mommy

Oh, and at home, after lunch while mommy was cleaning up the colossal mess I made during my lunch, I got into my ball pit and tipped it over and then mommy found out and got scared that I was trapped or hurt. But I was just having fun so she snapped some photos of it to show daddy

Me At Avi's Birthday Party

Yesterday afternoon mommy & daddy took me to Avi's birthday party. Avi is a 2 year old kid from my Imma & Me class on Tuesdays and he invited me to his party at Romp n' Roll. It was a lot of fun. All the kids were bigger than me but I had fun anyways. Here are three video clips from the party

My First "Real" Haircut

Yesterday mommy and daddy took me to a childrens' hair place to get my first real haircut. Yes, daddy has cut my hair several times, but let's face it, my requires professional care. I mean, if I am to keep Anna and Abigail interested in me for a while, I need to have prooper grooming. So they took me to "Pigtails & Crewcuts". They have these really awesome stools there. They are like cars and stuff and you sit in them and it's like I was driving a car. Much nicer than sitting in the back in my car seat. I actually got to drive for a change. The lady who styled my hair was very nice (though I don't remember her name). I cried a bit and fussed a bit, but overall I did pretty well. It didn't take that long either so it wasn't too bad. So here I am, goofing off with mommy after my haircut. Can you see how handsome I look?

After my haircut, we went to Circuit City and we bought a new camera that takes short videos as well so here are a couple of test clips:

It's Been a Long Time

The last few weeks have been sort of crazy. It's pretty much crazy for everyone right before the holidays but for our family it has been crazy for different reasons. The day after my last entry, my most recent sitter left us without notice. My mom was heartbroken not only because she no longer had help, but also because she let this women stay here many times instead of sleeping in her car, she took care of her when she was sick, and helped her out a lot in many different ways. And she just left us and not only that, she ruined my parents' relationship with the agency through which they got her. Anyways, so the past few weeks have been very difficult on my mommy and daddy. Because I require so much attention my mommy can't get anything done around the house. So things have been piling up at home and my mommy has been really stressed out. But, on the bright side, she hasn't stressed out about it as much as she did last time our sitter left us with no notice. So she's getting better at this not freaking out as much thing. But, since things have been piling up, and mommy is very stressed out, mommy and daddy decided that I would go to day care for three half days a week come January 7th. They took me to see a couple of places and I ended up liking one place over the other so that's where I'll be. My mommy feels really guilty about this but I'm sure it will be fine and that I'll have lots of fun there. I will go there Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Mondays my mommy will work at daddy's office , on Wednesday she will do the grocery shopping and cook, and on Fridays she will clean the house. Hopefully this will make her feel a lot better. That's it for that. I gave you the very short and less painful version of things, but that's just because mommy just wants to put the whole thing behind us.

Here's a recap of the last few weeks:

My grandpa Gabbi was here visiting from Israel during Hanukkah. We went to a Hanukkah part that our synagogue put together at an ice-skating rink and grandpa came with us. I also helped my mommy & daddy light the Hanukkiah every night and that was fun.

We also went to Sami's birthday party.

Last week we went to a holiday dinner with daddy's work people and I got to see my girlfriend Anna and also my other girlfriend Abigail. I didn't get any pictures with Anna but I have one with Abigail.

Look At Me: I can Climb

Yesterday I also learned how to climb on top of a box. I really caught my mommy by surprise, and well, myself as well. I had no idea I knew how to climb. So there I am... the only problem was that I had no idea how to get back down. But my mommy came to the rescue of course.

The First Snow of the Season

Yesterday was the first snow of the season. My mommy, who really hates the cold, said that for me, she will deal with the cold so that I can go outside and feel the snow. She bundled me all up, even though I told her I would be just fine with what I was wearing, she grabbed the camera and out we went. I had so much fun. I don't remember my first snow because I was a tiny baby back then. But now, I walked in the snow and sat in the snow and even licked it!!! I hope it snows a lot this Winter because I had so much fun.

Happy Hanukkah!!!

Before I went to bed we lit the Hunukkiah, we said the blessings and sang Hanukkah songs. Mommy said we will have Levivot (Latkes) tomorrow. Happy Hanukkah to everyone!!!
